i think there's a serious problem with your attitude. don't forget that when you are pointing your finger at another person, your other four fingers are pointing towards yourself. you should go and do some self-reflection or bang your head on the wall or something.

Monday - 25th May

went pitstop cafe (again) with val, ky and suk mun. haha, it was so fun. especially the Bladerdash game. i can still remember how stupid my answers are. my storyline for the movie "The Nasty Rabbit" was: the story about the grocery owner whose carrots kept disappearing. so lousy. haha. den after that we went for dinner at pizza hut :)

Saturday - 30th May

super hectic day. went tampines one with melissa to buy formal wear. in the end, she didn't buy anything, i was the one who bought. haha. i totally love my new dorothy perkins blue top. shall wear it to my next presentation :):) blue is my new favourite colour. then after that we bus-ed down to seng kang to play badminton with wen han and jun hao. my serving skills sucks. i think i have to admit that i'm really old le. i only played for slightly for more than 1 hr and when i reached home i was totally exhausted. my whole body ached like shit. haha, i really should exercise more. but it was really fun. no causualties, by the way. haha. then a few kids joined us to play but mellissa chased them away after a while. so funny. then the sweaty me left earlier cos i had an interview at bugis at 3.30 pm.

i'm super proud to say that i found the place quite easily. haha. my intincts brought me there. i was like, oh no, i think i'm lost. then when i looked up, there i was. haha. the interview was okay la, but whether i will get the job or not depends on today. strangely enough, the interview was conducted in chinese. and the funny thing was, because the interviewer saw me carrying the badminton rackets, he thought i'm a very sporty person who likes to play sports! haha. i think those who know me well should know that i seldom exercise, very very seldom.

i'm such a poor thing. i'm 0.1 point away from my target GPA, and nobody wants to hire me!!!!!

haha, just joking. i just feel like complaining.

it's good to know that my recruit express agent is working so hard for me :) went down to recruit express yesterday to fill in some forms. actually i dun see the point of filling in the forms cos all the things required to be filled in for the forms are in my resume, but well, nvm. told my agent my expected pay is $7.50 per hour, which i think is quite little (come on, we are undergraduates you know). but then she managed to convince me to lower my expectations to $7. okay so i accept lor.

then after that went to Pitstop Cafe with classmates to play games!! $5 only for 4 hours plus free flow drinks. and the service there is quite good. played many games, including Uno Stacko, Jenga, I'm the Boss, some Bang Bang game and a few other games. so fun!! haha. then halfway through, my agent called me and told me that she has a job that pays $6.50 per hour. after thinking it through for a while, i just accept lor, although the pay is really miserable. but this morning, she called me again and told me that she has another job that pays $7 per hour! yay! it's good to have a hardworking agent. anyway, the duties of agents are fiduciary by nature so they are required to act in good faith, isn't it. haha. must act in the interests of the principal i.e. me :):)

anyway, finished watching 我的亿万面包 le. so nice!!

HOHOHO. MY EXAMS ARE FINALLY OVER!!!

21st April marks the end of our exams and year 1. i felt really happy doing my FM paper yesterday partly because it wasn't as difficult as i thought it would be and the other reason is that i know i can finally really take a break in less than 2 hours time.

after that, went to JP to eat Ajisen with my classmates. ordered Beef Ramen. not nice at all de. i only ate less than 1/3 of the ramen. nobody could finish their ramen too, except for jia he. haiz, should have ordered tom yam ramen instead. then the lemon tea tasted like lime juice, so sour. but the tofu was nice though.

then after that went to the Cathay, cos they want to queue for Ben and Jerry free cone ice cream. but the queue was way too long; it extends from the second level to the third level. saw a lot of super free jc and secondary sch students who have nothing better to do queuing up. even though i have all the time in the world, i wouldn't want to queue 2 hours for a free cone, i'll rather go buy myself.

then we went to PS to watch movie. we couldn't really decide on what to watch - Revoluntionary Road, 17 Again or Knowing. but in the end we settled for Knowing. haha. it's quite a nice Astro movie with some disturbing scenes inside, but overall i think it's okay cos i like disturbing movies (except for horror movies). but 2 of my classmates are like curling up on their seats and sinking further and further down. in the middle of the show, i felt a little bad for dragging them to watch this movie. haha. yup, then after that we went to eat ice cream and pasta mania (i seem to be eating a lot yesterday), then went home and WATCH TV!! i'm like so seriously deprived of tv can. even when i watch my 10 pm show i'm like reading my lec notes while watching.

dunno when i should send out my resume. cos send earlier means start work earlier. i haven't sort out my life yet, so i think not so soon. but i'm looking forward to work cos i never experience office work before and i can finally put what i've learnt in class to use. i dun mind writing journal entries and preparing T-accounts all day.

i'm feeling slightly/super pissed off now, so i need to let it out somewhere. i just want to say that, i have never seen such a lazy person like u before in my life. that's all i have to say. full stop.

yes. time for my once in a month update.

now i see a 2 in the tens place of my age. very soon, it will be 3,4,5 ... and finally 10. i suddenly feel so old. spend the day with val, ky, suk mun and van. thanks for celebrating with me!! and thanks to all those who sms-ed me to wish me happy birthday. i made a conscious effort to thank every single one of them via sms cos i seriously think that it's rude that someone takes 10 seconds to craft a message and then there's no return.

and thanks to melissa, doreen, monica, zoe, jun hao, jia he and wen han for the BANANA bedroom slippers and the BANANA wallet. that's too much dietary fibre for one day, isn't it? haha. and thanks to jia he, jun hao and wen han for the sunflower. it's still alive, although i haven changed the water yet. haha.

and thanks to the girls for the bag. sorry that u all had to pei me to cine just to change it and u all need to forgo the $x, which somebody simply refuses to tell me.

okay. let's blog about school. school has already started for 2 weeks, sort of got orientated back to school life already. i love my timetable for this semester cos it's short and packed. and if i pon my elective lec every wed, i can go home really early on mon and wed. i'm so bad right. haha. but i promise i will go for at least 3 lectures.

and finally switched my IT class to 00707, thanks to jun hao who informed me when he saw a vacancy there. yay. i thought i was going to die alone in 00708, although there are a few people i know from our ob class last sem. the instructor in 00707 is so strict la. one of his rules are "if u want to sleep - go to bed". and when he saw me smsing, he was practically staring at me. i'm so glad i managed to switch out of his class. and no more ego dinosaur! woo hoo. dun need to see his face again. haha.

oh, and i finally started volunteering at the girls' home. went there 4 times already. each of us is attached to 2 girls. it was okay la, basically we talk to them, play games with them and give them tuition. although sometimes i feel really lazy to drag myself out on saturday. but well, since i've already choosen this CCA, i shall stay committed to it for at least 1 year.

chinese new year next week. oh no. after 19 years of chinese new year, i'm really super sick of it. every year, we visit the same houses, eat the same things, get the same amount of hongbao money, people ask u the same questions, people make the same superficial conversation. it gets really irritating. so i told my mum, this year, i'm only going visiting on the first day, second day i'm going to rot at home with my sis and watch tv. i swear when i become financially stable 2 years later, i would not go house-visiting on chinese new year anymore.

MIA-ed for so long. haha.

finished watching lan qiu huo yesterday. it's a drama that is worth watching and i'm glad i didn't give up during the first few episodes cos it's a little boring at first. but after the third episode, i just can't stop watching it. haha. i also liked the ending of the show, although it's bit like hanging in the air and W died.haiz, in all the dramas that i have watched, the good people always have to die in the end.

went kbox with val, ky and jason on wednesday. haha. and we bumped into mandy chua and her husband there. haha. we seem to be always meeting teachers from NJ's bio department. they must be thinking that we are stalking them. sang and sang and we refused to leave until 6, although we are supposed to leave at 5. haha. throughout the entire 4 hours, i only picked jay chou songs and sang finish all the sing-able jay chou songs. omg, my english is getting worse and worse.

finished fa zhen 2 and lan qiu huo already. dunno what i shld watch next. we still have 2 weeks of hols left so i shld have time for at least 1 more drama.

liying needs to exhibit more self-control. i hate exam periods, especially after not studying for so long. and my stupid sis is finishing her O's today and telling me she wants to rent this and that dvd. grrr.

anyway, it's only 3 more weeks and 4 tiny papers. i'll survive it. till then, u probably wun see me blogging or online cos i'll be mugging my eyes away.

p.s after watching fa zhen xian feng, i really feel so motivated to take up forensic science, maybe even minor in it if there's such a minor. cos forensic science is so cool. haha.

last week was one hectic week and i'm glad it's gone cos now we can all breathe easier. yay. and i'm happy cos i din screw up my oral assessment like i did during the J1 PW trial run cos the presentation was recorded. actually i was feeling damn nervous since i'm like the second last to present. haha. i managed to appear quite calm. i guess the formal clothes and heels made me feel more confident. but i kept playing with my right heel, haha.

and next mon would be our last ob seminar, which makes me feel really really happy. ohya. i still need to go get my blazar cos that ego dinasaur wants us to wear. haha. i know i'm damn bad, but he's not better also. "sorry guys, i wun be eating with u cos i just ate a $65 lunch." big deal. "oh, u mean that short guy? no la, i dun mean he's short, just that his face looks funny." that's just how kind he is.

liying is a happy girl today.

went to eat seoul garden with van, ky, val, suk mun, gc at bugis. and we, maybe just me, ate like a pig haha. kept on bbq-ing the meat and everything. yeah. and van came back. she's still the same, haven change a bit. but she's flying back tonight. the next time we see her will be 3 months later.

and went to buy my formal clothes. thanks val and ky for walking around wistma and taka with me. bought a long-sleeve from osmose at a really cheap price. only $16 cos there's 50% discount. haha. den went to G2000 at J8 to buy my skirt and my heels at charles and keith. and i like my heels cos it's not too high and it's pointy. haha. can hide my long toes. man, spent $96 on my formal wear today. actually not a lot la, cos i bought 3 things. but half my $180 tuition pay gone liao.

yeah. back to product life cycle ...

i enjoyed my 1 week hols even though i was plagued with tutorials and OB. but my hols is ending in like 4.5 hours time. cos i will be sitting at seminar room 2 four hours straight for OB. man, OB really rock my life.

once today starts, the whole cycle will begin again. chionging tut during weekends, chionging projects during weekdays till after midnight and weekends. and gosh, there's so many deadlines to meet. OB report to be handed in next mon, oral assessment next wed, BreadTalk presentation next thurs. i'll be a walking zombie by the end of next week.

but nevertheless, life's always good to me cos i've seoul garden with val and ky this sat, survivor this fri and my dear jay chou's album coming out next thurs to look forward to.

life's not bad after all. i just need to endure for another 2 years plus and it'll be over.
